RHEATHERM 600 is an External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS) made of a thin hydraulic undercoat containing fibres, reinforced with glass fibres meshes, and applied directly to the insulating panels of expanded polystyrene (white or graphite), bonded or mechanically fixed with anchors or by profile on the wall (concrete or masonry, new or existing walls). RHEATHERM 600 is consistent with the fire regulation by installing rockwool bands. Fit for all kinds of buildings (public-access building, collective dwelling, etc.).

Finishing is ensured by:
- a coating based on organic resin (CRÉPILOR), siloxane (LITHOCOLOR) or organo-siloxane (CRÉPILANE) available in 680 colors
- an acrylic binder paint (FLEXODERM) available in 680 colors,
- a thick mineral coating based on lime (RÉNOPASS CHAUX GF / GM, RHÉAJET) available in 59 colors.

Thermal insulation
Expanded polystyrene insulation thickness: bonded ETICS: 20 to 300 mm
Thermal resistance of the white expanded polystyrene panel: 0,50 to 7,90 m².K/W – Thermal conductivity: 0,038 W/(m.K)
Thermal resistance of the graphite expanded polystyrene panel: 0,60 to 9,65 m².K/W - Thermal conductivity: 0,031 W/(m.K)

Reaction to wind
Bonded ETICS: no limitation ; ETICS can be bonded with RHÉAMIX MONO (3,0 k/m²) or RHÉACOL PSE (4,0 k/m²).
Mechanically fixed ETICS: wind load resistance increases according the number of anchors and insulating thickness ; there is a need to increase the number of anchors on the singular points and the peripheral areas ; ETICS can be fixed with anchors noted in the ETE.
