Robert Anderson is the Vice President of Integrated Practice at Vectorworks, overseeing the direction and scope of new product development. For over 25 years Anderson worked as a licensed architect and has brought all that knowledge and experience into his present role as a software architect.
Anderson has designed features for “Vectorworks Architect” BIM software and 2D/3D integration, as well as interoperability capabilities and has been instrumental in the continuing evolution of Vectorworks software’s BIM capabilities. Much of his professional life has been focused and devoted to making building design, construction and operation more productive.
Jan Svedman is a program manager of the digitalisation in Project Excellence. His work involves operating construction projects more efficiently through digital strategies. Peab is one of the leading construction and civil engineering companies in the Nordic region, with approximately 14 000 employees and a turnover of over 45 million SEK.
Svedman was also a board member (2008-2016) and is today the chairman of the board at BEAst AB, the Swedish Construction Industry’s Electronic Business Standard, with members from leading companies and organisations from all parts of the industry. Svedman is also part of steering group for National Classification system CoClass for construction objects.
Gareth Webb is an Associate Partner at one of the largest computer companies in the world, IBM. IBM is an American multinational technology and consulting corporation. They manufacture and market computer hardware, middleware and software and offer infrastructure, hosting and consulting services in areas ranging from mainframe computers to nanotechnology.
Gareth is working on exploiting the government strategy on BIM to transform an industry through better information management and insight. His key focus is engineering, construction and operations.
Since 2009, Harald Professner has an active role within the core team of the Rhomberg Group. He played an integral part in the launch of the subsidiary “Cree” and in 2014 made the transition to the Rhomberg Holding, where he is now responsible for Global Business Development.
He holds a degree in civil engineering studies from HTWK, MBA studies from the University of Liechtenstein, a wood engineering studies at HTL Mödling and an industrial engineering studies at the University of Applied Science Liechtenstein.
Koen works at ROCKFON within the international concern Rockwool International, the world's largest producer of stone wool products. ROCKFON is a leading provider of acoustic stone wool and metal ceiling solutions and suspension systems.
Koen started as digital native 1988 when he had the choice to invest his first earned money in a second hand car or an Apple Macintosh Computer. The Apple won and from that moment on Koen continuously evangelized marketing automation, data integrity and platform optimization. As a hybrid professional, both marketing- and tech-savy, he’s involved in ROCKFON’s global initiatives who combine DAM, PIM, ERP, BIM and marketing platforms.
Michael Thydell is a prominent expert within Revit and BIM in Sweden, with a background of studies in architecture and computer engineering at KTH in Stockholm. He has developed advanced CAD / BIM solutions and practices for the industry since 1993.
Today, he fully dedicates his time to BIM by working as a BIM strategist at Sweco AB, which is the 15th largest architectural firm in the world. At Sweco, he is responsible for the architectural portion inclusion and skills development within BIM. Previously, he has worked as Stockholm Manager at AEC Ltd, Technical Manager for Autodesk Revit on CADQ AB and partner at the consulting firm ArcSquare AB.
Paul is working on driving development and deployment of ASSA ABLOY Openings Studio in to the architectural specification market globally and positioning ASSA ABLOY as in the leader in BIM Technologies in the Security Industry. He is leading the Global BIM Council and supporting the divisional BIM activities.
