BIMobject® Charity Project

BIMobject runs an annual charity project where we give 1% of our time to improve the quality of life of those who are less fortunate.

We are striving to promote social participation and we want to satisfy human needs in other countries. Here you can see updates from our past and ongoing projects.

If you want to support our charity project you can buy our Teddy Bear, called Joy! She costs 20 euro and all the profit goes straight to our charity project.

Please contact hope@bimobject.com if you have any questions.

Follow-up on BIMobject® Charity Project 2016

As you might remember, just before Christmas we introduced our current BIMobject Hope project, which this time took place at the Shree Bagbachhala Primary School in Nepal. Approximately 100 students attend this school located in the very remote highlands of the Dhading province.

We are excited to tell you that our rebuilding efforts, according to the local school committee, have made a big difference: The kids have been provided with new books and reading materials and the library building that was destroyed in the 2015 earthquake has been rebuilt completely. Secondly, the school toilets that used to be health hazard have been upgraded into modern facilities. The students were also given lessons on how to best maintain these toilets now and a cleaning rota was established.

Thirdly and probably most importantly, a water tank was installed and a pipe was laid from the jungle to the school grounds, so the kids have access to fresh and clean drinking water. These changes now permit these children to attend school on a daily basis because the conditions have been improved so significantly.

No one can do everything, but everyone can do something! We are very happy to announce that our rebuilding project was such a success. If you would like to contribute to this cause as well, please send an email to hope@bimobject.com.

BIMobject® went the extra mile for charity 2016

On May 8th, BIMobject employees in five different countries participated in the Wings for Life World Run.

With a radical concept, the Wings for Life World Run is a global race with the mission to find a cure for spinal cord injury. Everyone in the Wings for Life World Run is running for those who can’t. In practice, this means that all entry fees and donations raised by participants go directly to fund research.

The annual charity run takes place on the same day, at the same time, in cities worldwide.

Taking the opportunity to support a good cause, we put together our own BIMobject team in five of our different locations in Europe, geared up – and took off running.

“We would like to thank everyone who signed up and joined the cause together with us. It was a great day and one could tell that people were happy to get involved”
says Natalie Nilsson, PR & Marketing Manager at BIMobject

BIMobject® Charity Project 2015

Jump for Hope

In November 2015 we visited 5 orphanages and 12 families in need in Kraków, Poland.

We brought 2,5 tons of necessities, clothing and toys to give 200 children in need a memorable Christmas. The families were also taken on a shopping trip, so they could buy all the food they needed to make their Christmas celebrations complete.

”We hope that we can inspire other companies to take the initiative and devote 1% of their time to charity. No one can do everything, but everyone can do something.” says Natalie Nilsson, PR & Marketing Manager at BIMobject

BIMobject® Charity Project 2014

BIMobject Hope

In December 2014, we flew to Gdansk in Poland with our bags filled with gifts, to visit an orphanage and three families in need. We gave them necessities and purchased food in order to give them a better christmas.

These families were living in extremely poor conditions in comparison to the standard of living as we are accustomed. Through our work we wanted to give the children and the families a memorable experience and support them with necessities.
