Today BIMobject® launches its charity campaign! A Halloween pumpkin has been created as a 3D object which is available as a free download from the highly successful portal: bimobject.com. For every unique download of the Halloween Pumpkin, between October 26 and November 5, BIMobject® will donate 1 euro to “Världens Barn” – a Swedish fundraising campaign with a global reach.

Green Furniture Sweden produces sustainable furniture for public places - visual and functional Corporate Social Responsibility. To be successful in their mission of supporting architects and designers world-wide it is evident that delivering digital content and having a strong presence on the web is crucial for engaging with their customers. With a responsibility for designing attractive and functional spaces these customers rely heavily on using BIM objects within their chosen design software. And increasingly products which can be used directly within a CAD/ BIM design are also the products which subsequently get specified.

Both companies have technology established in the BIM and CAD segments. The goal is now to work on common opportunities and complement each other in the production of BIM objects. The scope of this includes development of solutions to support BIM processes, content management and leverage of the “cloud”.
