A cooperation agreement has been signed between BIMobject and global PIM-system provider inRiver. The cooperation will make it easier for building product manufacturers to transform their product information in PIM to specification data for BIM, which gives significant marketing possibilities. The direct integration into the platform BIMobject® Cloud will automatise manual processes and lead to faster digitalisation. The agreement entails no noteworthy costs for either party.
On the 10th of October 2017, BIMobject announced that the corporation had signed an agreement with Nohara Holdings, Inc. (”Nohara”) to establish a Japanese subsidiary: BIMobject Japan, Inc. Today, BIMobject announces that the establishment of the Japanese subsidiary has been completed with BIMobject owning 51% of its shares and Nohara owning 49% of its shares. BIMobject has also invoiced the first guaranteed minimum licence fee for BIMobject technology and platform in the amount of 1 million USD to be paid annually by the subsidiary during the first three years of operation.
BIMobject AB hires Michael Thydell as a strategic reinforcement of its new business division with digital management support for the built environment. The business division will be run parallel to existing operations and include services based on the cloud solution BIMobject® Hercules. Its target group consists of international property owners and facility managers in private and public sectors.
