On the 10th of October 2017, BIMobject announced that the corporation had signed an agreement with Nohara Holdings, Inc. (”Nohara”) to establish a Japanese subsidiary: BIMobject Japan, Inc. Today, BIMobject announces that the establishment of the Japanese subsidiary has been completed with BIMobject owning 51% of its shares and Nohara owning 49% of its shares. BIMobject has also invoiced the first guaranteed minimum licence fee for BIMobject technology and platform in the amount of 1 million USD to be paid annually by the subsidiary during the first three years of operation.
BIMobject makes a Christmas donation of 100,000 SEK to help start a new high school in Malmö, Sweden focussed on economics and business planned to open in autumn 2018. The school initiative aims to combat unemployment and further long-term social sustainability among the city’s youth. In addition to the donation, BIMobject will carry out ongoing activities to support the initiative.
BIMobject comes in at place 185 in an objective ranking of the 500 fastest growing tech companies in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In a corresponding ranking of Swedish companies, BIMobject places 24th out of 50.
