A new line of stainless elegance on the BIMobject® Cloud

Global hygiene and paper company SCA that owns the Tork® brand has recently launched a new series of dispensers in stainless steel – Tork Image Design™ – as BIM objects on the BIMobject Cloud. This launch makes it easier for BIM users to incorporate design into high-end washrooms.

Complete the washroom design

Image Design™, winner of CMS Purus Award 2015, is a versatile new dispenser line which fits perfectly in any design project for high-end washrooms. The new dispensers have a gently brushed stainless steel body, fine lines and subtle curves. The special topcoat prevents fingerprints and keeps the dispensers spotless, adding an exclusive touch to any washroom. Image DesignTM is bold but discrete at the same time, combining outstanding design and functionality at its best.

When innovation matters

The line comprises touch-free and fully automatic dispensers, ideal for innovative and sophisticated washrooms. There are also manual variants such as a soap dispenser with its certified easy to use button and a freestanding countertop dispenser for hand towels.

Available as BIM objects

The Image Design™ line is available as BIM objects in ArchiCAD and Revit formats. These BIM objects not only represent the products in their full geometry (2D and 3D), but they also show the materials in realistic views. The objects contain links, sending the users directly to the manufacturer’s homepage, in order to get additional technical information. There’s even a link to an instruction video.

The development has been realised with specifications for both the European and the North American markets.

"We are very proud to have launched this stylish series of stainless steel with such a high design factor on the BIMobject Cloud, which allows architects and designers to easily find products that fit into many types of public washrooms," says Magnus Karlsson, Business Developer at BIMobject.
