The BIMobject product portal is a place for architects, designers, engineers and consultants to download objects (various files in formats for CAD/BIM and 3D systems) and content for their BIM software.
Users may directly download BIMobjects in the native formats of many different software vendors as ArchiCAD®, Revit®, SketchUp®, Artlantis® or any other format that is available on-line on the portal.
Affilites: Franchisee’s and other legal entities with whom BIMobject has binding contract regarding providing Services.
BIMobject: BIMobject AB (556856-7696), a duly registered Swedish company having its registered office and principal place of business at Stora Varvsgatan 6A, 211 19 Malmö, Sweden;
Object: An object defined as an information container that holds 2D, 3D and product information, commonly known as a Building Information Modelling object or BIM object for short;
Portal: The bimobject.com platform meaning the website and web pages accessible on the bimob-ject domain at top level .com, excluding any third party links to other domains;
Users: Any registered or unregistered person or company that downloads any object from our site, bimobject.com;
Manufacturer: A third party company that have content available on our portal for download to users, not under the control of BIMobject;
Content: Any digital material that is downloadable from bimobject.com, such as, but not limited to CAD files, 3D formats like ivisit 3D, 3DS, IFC or any other format for BIM software. It also includes any product information or related images, materials or photos.
Services: Any action, service or content downloaded as such in digital form. Any file format, imag-es, 3D content, CAD files or product information downloaded or used from bimobject.com, or any software or added value services from the bimobject.com site. The word also covers any and all changes made to the above by BIMobject or an Affiliate from time to time.
Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to the bimobject.com website and governs data collection and usage.

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
We do not use an SSL certificate. The reason for this is that all user services that require login are for free.
